A Dynamic, Team-Based Endeavor

At The Petricic & Phillips Financial Group, our mission is to help our clients achieve and surpass their financial aspirations. We believe that a solid financial plan, along with sound advice, is the key to financial success. That’s why our process is made up of easy to understand stages. The outcome of this process will be the actionable next steps working toward your financial success. This process is a dynamic, team-based endeavor. To be most effective, it should include the client, relevant family members, our team, and outside professionals where appropriate.

Our Process
Discovery
Step 1:

Initial Phone Conversation

The initial discovery step involves a brief phone conversation to make sure your situation matches our areas of focus. Assuming we are a good fit, at the end of the call your first in office meeting will be scheduled.

Step 2:

First Office Meeting

We use a variety of tools, including questionnaires and interviews, to better understand your personal goals, investment experience and risk tolerance. In the discovery step, we make you fully aware of our capabilities and provide educational support to assist you in understanding the scope of services we offer to help pursue your objectives.

Design
Step 3:

Creation of Your Financial Plan

Our team analyzes the information you share with us to design strategies intended to help you pursue your objectives. The design step may involve collaboration with other specialists or your existing professionals.

Step 4:

Second Office Meeting

We present our recommendations to you, answer your questions, consider alternatives and outline the steps needed to implement your plan. At the end of the meeting, we will ask you if you would like to begin working with our firm or if you would like additional time to review the plan.

Implement
Step 5:

Third Meeting / Paperwork

During this meeting, we will answer any remaining questions you have and if you are ready, start the paperwork to become a client.

Manage
Step 6:

Once You’ve Become a Client

Once implemented, we continually monitor the progress of our recommendations relative to your defined objectives and suggest changes where needed. The key to this step is constant communication. The way this is achieved is through standardized face to face reviews, quarterly economic updates and invitations to our educational workshops. All with the intended goal of making you a more educated investor.
